This was (supposed to be) the first tailgate treat of the football season!A Rice Krispie Ice Cream Sandwich, shaped like a football helmet and dyed BYU blue.
I used LaVell's Vanilla ice cream from the BYU Creamery and got the recipe from allrecipes.com.
Your probably wondering why I said, "supposed to be," well...I'll let you enjoy the successful part of my experiment before I show you my "little disaster."

that blue is proving to be tricky isn't it? I guess all of our food is inherently yellow, huh?
