Tuesdays with Dorie: Ginger-Jazzed Brownies
These ginger-jazzed brownies I made for Tuesdays with Dorie were so good that I wasn't able to style some photos in good light. They must have disappeared to quickly. So here you are friends, a picture of them right out of the oven and sliced. My apologies.
But I must say this. Make these Ginger-Jazzed Brownies. They have an awesome heat from both fresh minced and ground ginger. The ginger in these brownies pairs great with chocolate and it becomes according to my notes, "the best batter. ever."
You can get the recipe off of Bubie's Little Baker's blog by Hindy. Or go with my usual recommendation and buy Baking from My Home to Yours. Make sure to read all the other TWD baker's blogs to see how they liked the Ginger-Jazzed Brownies.

Always a good sign when there are none left at photo time! :)
Agreed. None left to photograph is the best recommendation for this recipe. I'm glad your were enjoyed. Thanks for baking with me this week.
