Utah Local Love: Mountain West Burrito in Provo, Utah

I've been on a quazi-search for fantastic burritos. Little did I know I would find them in a tiny restaurant located in a gas station. It was love at first read when I saw these words "We don't own a can opener!" These burritos are fresh beyond belief and always made with local, organic ingredients and always from scratch.

Plus, hey...they are just dang good.  I enjoyed the 'half and half' variety with chicken and veggies with half black and half pinto beans. Yum!

I've got Jill K to thank. I have been driving by the place forever and finally after some tweets and tempting photos from Jill, I was persuaded.

Check it out!
